The company has Authorised us as Qualified Convertors of its Traffic Control Materials Division, which is a leading and well established division all over the world. Though, the division is 50 years old, no other company in the world could rise or even could come closer to match the quality of our products, it is mainly due to our sincere efforts for the improvement in the quality and dedicated research work. Kailash & Co. (AN ISO 9001 : 2008 CERTIFIED COMPANY) have the complete infrastructure for manufacturing Overhead Cantilever and complete Overhead Signage, and Shoulder Mounted Signages. Our products are technically certified by 3M engineers of Asia Pacific Area, technical support team based at Singapore. Our Fabrication Center is fully equipped with latest machinery required for bonding the reflective material on to the sign blanks mechanically, through Roller Applicator Machine & pressing Reflective Sheeting on base material with Computerized Letter/ Design cutting through Hand Squeeze Roller Applicator (HSRA) Machine . All Traffic Signs we fabricate at our centre meet the M.O.S.T. specification 2001 section 801, 802 & Indian Road Congress Specifications in shape, colour & dimensions. Uniform excellent quality Signs are produced by our well trained personnel. We are providing Seven years field performance warranty jointly signed by 3M and ourselves for our products and assure that after seven years the product will retain 75% of the original reflectivity for years to come (VIP Diamond Grade, High Intensity Grade and (HIP) High Intensity Unmetalised Micro Prismatic Grade (Five years for Engineer Grade sheeting) we shall not hesitate to mention that we have already proved the 7 years field performance for our installed High Intensity Grade Signage's in various parts of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Hariyana, Maharashtra, West Bengal and other parts of the country. They are still giving the good reflectivity performance and have certified the warranty submitted by us as per the MOST specification. We are Manufacturing signages using High Intensity Grade Retro Reflective sheeting/ Engineer Grade Reflective Sheeting/ Diamond Grade prismatic LDP/ VIP retro reflective sheeting and Fluorescent Diamond grade sheeting, High Intensity Unmetalised Micro Prismatic (HIP) Grade sheeting. Besides these, we are dealing in Retro Reflective Traffic Safety Devices, Translucent bakelite / Frontlite signs, Digital Display Signs, interior and exterior signs.
